Selling the house you have called home for over 40 years is emotional and stressful. There are too many decisions to make and ins and outs to understand. We were fortunate to have Marcie lead the way. She was knowledgeable, capable and willing to assist at every turn. She was happy to go above and beyond during the home selling process making it easier to navigate. I will always be grateful that Marcie was on our team !

Marcie is an amazing person and professional. She is easy going yet knowledgeable and resourceful and guided us through understanding the town where we ultimately purchased our home. The first time we met her she took us on a guided tour. But we had a toddler in a car seat, but she said no worries, so we strapped the seat in her car and off we went. My daughter eventually came to see her as a friend, probably from the countless time Marcie played/distracted her in one room while we toured the house. When it came time to break the news of our Big Move to our daughter, we called Marcie to help. It was my husband’s birthday and so my daughter and I were set in buying him a lawn. Or that was the story. She spoke to Marcie for a few minutes about the lawn and how great it would be to give this gift to her dada for his birthday and then she could play in it too. All this to say, Marcie is a wonderful person and agent. If you get a chance to work with her consider yourself lucky. We looked at other towns and sat with other agents, but felt best with Marcie. She even helped smooth over situations where other agents were being uncomfortably pushy. We were so grateful we had Marcie on our side. She’s one of the best!

Marcie is our real estate agent that helped us close on our new house. She was so great throughout the process, really listening to our needs and respecting what we did and did not want to see. When it came time to closing, we had really difficult sellers but Marcie was persistent and brought everything across the finish line including an incredible save during a surprise issue at walkthrough. If you're looking to find the right home or apartment, Marcie is the person for you! I moved from NYC to Port Washington this past fall, and Marcie helped find me the perfect place. I didn't have the easiest criteria (dog friendly, private yard, washer/dryer, two bedrooms) or the largest budget, but Marcie found the exact home I was looking for. She spent several days showing me different neighborhoods and apartments in Port, and was able to narrow down the style and features I was looking for. The time she spent with me and her responsiveness and enthusiasm was what I would expect for the sale of a home, and not a small apartment rental. Marcie clearly values her clients. When we found the right apartment, I fell in love immediately. I was disappointed to find out that there was already another offer, but Marcie was confident that she could make a strong case for me. She prepared a "proposal" to the landlord which clearly outlined my financial situation and highlighted other aspects of my life to help show that I would make a great tenant. The landlord accepted our offer (which was below the list price, per Marcie's suggestion), and I feel strongly that Marcie played a large part in helping the deal going through. Not only does she understand the business, but she knows the area and market well. I would absolutely recommend using Marcie - I know I'll be calling her when I'm ready for my next move!

Marcie. had excellent knowledge of the many diverse communities in LI. Her efforts to help us find a safe economical neighborhood was commendable. She maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process and truly was looking out for our best interests.

Marcie went above and beyond her duties as a broker. After going on an initial tour with her of Port Washington we knew we were in good hands.
